Two more Paralympic officials have been selected to referee at the Third Powerlifting Khorfakkan International Championships (an IPC approved competition), which will be held in Khorfakkan, United Arab Emirates.

The Malaysian Paralympic Council (MPC) congratulates Riduan Anan and Yeoh Keat Chye on having been selected as IPC Powerlifting Referees in the upcoming Khorfakkan IChampionships, which will take place on 13-20 October 2011.

Organised by UAE NPC, Khorfakkan Club for Handicapped, the event will be held in the Khorfakkan Alkhaleej Club Gymnasium Hall. The championship is a qualified competition for the Paralympics London 2012. Only athletes who hold a current and valid IPC Powerlifting International classification are eligible to compete at Khorfakkan.

The MPC wishes them all the success for the games in the UAE.
