Asean Para Games

The ASEAN ParaGames is a biannual multi-sport event held after every Southeast Asian Games for athletes with physical disabilities. The games are participated by the 11 countries located in Southeast Asia. The Para Games, patterned after the Paralympic Games, are played by physically challenged athletes with mobility disabilities, visual disabilities, who are amputees and those with cerebral palsy.The ASEAN ParaGames is under the regulation of the ASEAN Para Sports Federation (APSF). The games are hosted by the same country where the SEA Games took place.


FESPIC Games

The FESPIC Games or the Far East and South Pacific Games for the Disabled, was the biggest multi-sports games in the Asia and South Pacific region. The FESPIC Games, which started in 1975, was held nine times and bowed out a success in December 2006, at the conclusion of the 9th FESPIC Games in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.


Asian Para Games

The Asian Para Games is a multi-sport event held every four years after every Asian Games for athletes with physical disabilities. The first Games was held in 2010 in Guangzhou, China after the 16th Asian Games. The 2nd Asian Para Games will be held in 2014 Incheon, South Korea


Paralympic Games

The Paralympic Games are a major international multi-sport event where athletes with a physical disability compete; this includes athletes with mobility disabilities, amputations, blindness, and Cerebral Palsy. There are Winter and Summer Paralympic Games, which are held immediately following their respective Olympic Games. All Paralympic Games are governed by the International Paralympic Committee (IPC).
